While only 1 parent or guardian is required for the youth application, the other parent or any other adult other than the legal parent / guardian participating with the youth, such as a grand-parent, needs to complete an adult application for an “Adult Partner”.
The Adult Partner application does not have a fee associated with it, however this adult does not count toward required adult volunteer supervision.
If you cannot complete the online application, you can complete a paper application. Keep in mind this will delay processing.
This account will be used to track your adult training as well as your scout’s advancements and rank.
Youth Protection Training (YPT) MUST be completed in order to attend ANY unit activities.
An Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A & B are required for all Scouts, including adults, prior to attending ANY unit activities.
Our units have decided to collect these at the beginning of
the program year and keep them on file for the year.
This is not required, however if you choose not to have it on
file, you will be responsible for supplying it at each event
after which it will be returned.
Immunization dates are required. "Up to date" is not sufficient. At district or council activities, your scout will be sent home without it. A copy of your insurance card is also required.
All medical records and physicals are valid for 12 calendar months after which they will be returned or destroyed.
If attending events longer than 72 hours such as summer camp or resident camp, parts A,B & C, are required. Part C must be completed by a doctor.
This form will need to be completed for each activity your scout attends.
If attending any Target and Range Sports activities, the Scouting Participation and Hold-Harmless Agreement must be completed prior to attending.
The Guide to Safe Scouting is an overview of Scouting policies and procedures gleaned from a variety of sources.
Various uniforms and supplies may be needed according to
rank and program.
